In Japan, each member of each family use their own rice bowl, Japanese tea cup, wooden soup bowl and chopsticks respectively. As we use these everyday, we become attached to these “my dishwares”.

Kyoto is the largest city in Japan for consumption of bread, and there are many nice boulangeries.    I love bread and eat toast everymorning. However, I don’t have such “my plate” yet.
